Bhutan Ministry of Agriculture and Forests Vacancy and Career opportunities 2021 (www.moaf.gov.bt Vacancy 2021). Recently the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests (MoAF) has published vacancy announcement of the immediate requirement for the various position.


The Ministry of Agriculture and Forests was established in April 1985 in His Majesty’s Secretariat. Dasho Leki Dorji, Secretary to His Majesty’s Secretariat, was the head of the newly established ministry. The newly established ministry was detached from His Majesty’s Secretariat in 1986 and moved to its present offices. Leki Dorji continued as the Secretary of the ministry.

  • Place of Posting: Office of the Programme Management, CARLEP, Wengkhar (Mongar)
  • Position Level: P2
  • Eligibility: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance/ Commerce or any related field in the Government / Public Procurement.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Government procurement in public organization/ Semi-Public organization for procurement of goods, works and services in projects financed by the government and or international financial organizations.

However, preference will be given to candidate who has knowledge of national and international organizations/agencies’ (IFAD, WB, ADB, JICA) on procurement regulations and procedures.

Interested candidates fulfilling the above eligibility criteria are requested to submit application (in soft copies compiled in 1 pdf file) along with ALL the documents mentioned below as copies via ulham@moaf.gov.bt or pgyem@moaf.gov.bt to Human Resource Division latest by February 4, 2021.

Documents Required:

  1. Academic transcript.
  2. Copy of Citizenship ID Card.
  3. Valid Medical fitness certificate (6 months)
  4. Valid Security clearance (Online approved status)
  5. Certificate of training on procurement from accredited training institutes from RGoB or equivalent at least for three weeks.
  6. Any other certificates of experience/excellence if there is any
  7. RCSC employment forms- annexure 4/1 (please download the form from RCSC website)
  8. No objection certificate from the employer, if already employed.
