Position summary:

Is to handle our relation with banks regarding documents , cash chqs from or to banks (on daily basis)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deposit daily Cash and cheques receipt at banks.
  • Delivery and handle documents from / to banks.
  • Follow up the documentation completion with finance department and bank.
  • Keep confidentiality and safeguarding of documents.
  • Backup the Cashiers & bank rep. (if needed)
  • Implement any other related work assigned

Minimum Qualification & Experience:


Qualification:
Minimum University Diploma in any relevant field.

Experience:
One year experience in same position is Preferable.



Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure with limit time
  • Good communications skills.
  • Reasonable English knowledge.
  • MS office knowledge.
